  • Mostly straight-grained with a coarse texture

  • Heartwood is tan to reddish
  • Grain is closed with moderate definition and texture

  • Heartwood is pinkish reddish brown
  • Mostly straight-grained with a coarse texture

  • Heartwood is light brown with some boards having a pinkish tint or a slight grayish cast
